Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 10 business days.
In case the wallpaper ordered is of a media that is not easily available in the market at the time of the order, there might be a delay in shipment. Bombay Murals may or may not notify the buyer of the same. We will try to avoid such disappointments.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Bombay Murals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bombay Murals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
